Ann and Kyle were absolutely amazing!! We went out of town for Thanksgiving and they made sure our cats were well taken care of. They went above and beyond, even going back over an extra time when I got a notification that our litter robot had stopped working mid cycle. We will definitely be booking with them in the future!

Finn was in great hands. Courtney did a phenomenal job at communicating, following Finn's routine, and sending us daily messages about Finn's care. Courtney sent us multiple pictures to reassure us Finn was doing ok and well taken care of. We will definitely be using her again when we travel.

Anna was great! I could tell from the pictures she shared that Willow enjoyed her drop ins. She was punctual and a great communicator- we would love to hire Anna again for drop ins!!

Very happy with Teri's care of my single cat. She is very professional, with excellent communication skills and very thorough. Her notes from the drop in visits were informative, and I really appreciated how much time she spent giving my fur baby lots of TLC and attention. Would highly recommend Teri!

Brittany did a great job with my anxious dog. She asked questions to get to know more about Daisy and how to play with her, and took special care of her due to her neck injury.

Natalie, once again, was amazing with our cat Hazel! We were away for a week and it was a stress-free time vacation knowing that Natalie was dropping in daily to check on Hazel. She took extra special care of her and always provided detailed report cards after her visits. We can’t recommend Natalie enough!!!

Emily is always so helpful and so good with Castor! We always feel so good knowing she’s going to spend time with him. It eases all the worry of leaving your pet at home when you know you’ve found a good, trustworthy, and caring person to take care of them.

Rebecca dropped in to feed our cat while we were out of town for four days. She sent photos each time she was there and let us know how he was doing! We will definitely book her again!

Alyssa was super friendly and willing to play with Castor and give him the cuddles he deserves. Thank you so much for checking in on our old boy!

Erin is one of the best sitters in Cleveland! She was so attentive and caring with my two cats while I was gone and when my cat developed an eye infection, she treated him with the medicated eye drops everyday until it resolved. My cats made such a special bond with her after a couple days. She was punctual, responsible and communicative about her visits. Will definitely look forward to having her back!

Sandra was FANTASTIC! She was incredibly thorough when we met for our meet and greet. We felt completely at-ease and comfortable during our vacation as Sandra kept us up-to-date with pictures and updates each time she visited our 2 dogs. Additionally, she was SO accommodating- not only did she offer to provide an addt'l visit in the event of a flight delay, she was more than happy to take care of our dogs for an additional day once we realized there had been a miscommunication regarding how long we'd be away. Our two pups had a great time (and were in great hands) and we look forward to booking with Sandra again!!

Dana was very kind to Fitz and took the time to send us a nice message and picture after the drop-in visit. She also was great enough to meet with us and Fitz before booking for a walk or house sit. Will definitely be using her services again!

Rachael took care of my two cats for a week over Christmas. Right before I left town, one of them got sick and needed multiple medications and some special care -- Rachael took all of that in stride, was on top of the details, and got my sick guy on the road back to health besides just generally taking great care of both cats. Excellent communication and sweet photos -- I highly recommend Rachael and will certainly reach out to her again.
