Our cat was well and as happy as he gets when his people returned from being away. Jacob did seem to forget some of the details of our instructions, such as refilling the second upstairs water dish. Still, our cat did not go without any essentials, and Jacob's photo updates were reassuring. Thank you, Jacob!

I was so relieved to have found Madison. My senior rescue cat is incredibly afraid of anyone new, but I knew it was a good sign when she sniffed Madison when she reached out to her! She was gentle with her. It gave me peace of mind to see photos of my little fuzzball when I was away (even when she was hiding). I’ll definitely ask for Madison’s help again in the future.

Nafawna was absolutely wonderful with my 2 cats. I could tell from the pictures she sent that they loved her right away! Amazing communication and she is very kind. Highly recommend.

Jessi did an amazing job caring for our animals for almost 2 weeks! She initiated a meet and greet so she could meet our animals and go over instructions verbally (she even took notes ?). I can tell she took wonderful care of our furbabies as the were happy when we returned home and not mad at us, as we have experienced in the past. She accommodated us when we had vehicle trouble and needed to add more visits beyond our original booking end date. She did unexpected tidying up around our house which we viewed as a pleasant surprise!! I will seek Jessi out when I need to book care in the future ?. I would highly recommend her to care for your pets!!

Lena stayed at my house keeping my cats company for a week. She seemed to keep my cats very happy without me and left the house exactly how I left. Commutation was good and easy. I will hire again next time I need it.
