This was my first time on Rover and Elandra was great. She was prepared with a checklist and shared valuable information prior to drop off. She was very communicative throughout my cat's stay, sharing photos and updates regularly, and was generous enough to launder my cat's bedding when she had an accident. I appreciated my cat having roaming time around her house - I actually think it made her more comfortable to explore my home. Thank you, Elandra, for taking such great care of our fur baby! megan was so on top of communication and went above and beyond! my cat was shy and hid under the bed for her but she still tried to let him get used to her and ensured that his food and water machines were working! megan was great the whole time and i’d recommend!
