Doggy Day Care in Warrensville Heights

Cylo had a wonderful time at Susan’s! He enjoyed the play with other dogs and came home a happy, tired puppy. Susan did an amazing job keeping me updated as well. Cylo will definitely be back.

Sheran was kind enough to take my last minute request. He was responsive and took great care of my pet ☺️

Absolutely wonderful! With almost zero notice, Pamela took great care of Daisy while we went to the Browns game in Cleveland. We originally thought Daisy would be ok by herself in the hotel room, but it turned out she was way to upset to be left alone. We were very stressed out that we might not be able to get to the game that we had traveled over three hours to see, but I texted Pamela at 8:30pm and she responded immediately that she could take the dog early the next morning. After seeing Pamela's beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown, and after meeting her and seeing how.much she lived Daisy, I knew we had made the right decision. We picked Daisy up about 6 hours later and she was outside with Pamela returning from a walk. She was happy and healthy and obviously had a great time! We wouldn't hesitate to use eithernPamela or Rover.com again any time!

Kona literally jumped on me when we just turned the corner onto Susan's street. She hadn't been there in weeks, but she knew where she was going and was the happiest I've ever seen her! So much love! Kona for Susan; Susan for Kona!

Teri has been amazing with Stash! When we first started taking him to daycare, he did have some separation anxiety and would howl/cry and be a bit clingy with Teri. She has been so patient with him and he’s getting more comfortable with every visit. Teri is great at providing us with updates. I love seeing the videos she shares of Stash interacting and playing with the other dogs. He’s come a long way and we couldn’t thank Teri and John enough for helping him come out of his shell.

Albert and Stacy are fantastic. Raven (my 4 month old pup) has stayed with them multiple times and has been extremely well taken care of. They have a fenced beautiful back yard and two very sweet dogs that were able to actually get my incredibly shy anxious puppy to come out of her shell. I never thought that would happen so quickly! Albert took the time to socialize my more timid, scared puppy to his larger girls and by the end of Raven’s first day with him she was playing in house and back yard with his young dog. I get picture and video updates as well though the day, which is amazing because as a first time dog mom I was so worried about not being with my puppy all day. But if your dog is with these lovely folks know that he or she is in good hands.

Took great care of Ujeli and made sure she got plenty of exercise!

She was absolutely amazing with Jack! Updated me with pictures and spent a lot of time outside with him! She was super flexible with my situation and very respectful and responsive. 11/10 did and outstanding job with him!

Dogs were well cared for while we went to the museum.

This was our first time using Rover and, thanks to Kimberlee and her family, it couldn’t have been a better experience! They made our little guy Frankie feel right at home and it was clear that he had a super fun day!
