Always great communication and willing to a few extras when you schedule is a little haywire. Easy to work with and Lucy is very calm upon our return so we know she is feeling comfy with Chloe. Attention to detail and cleanliness are other factors we love. Will continue to request her services for Lucy as we travel.

Melissa was great with our two cats. She treated them as if they were her own and gave them lots of love and care.
