Went far beyond helping me. Not just with the cat. Krystal sent me a picture of my cat letting her pet her which is unusual for my cat. But my door lock was not functioning correctly and she sent me videos of what was wrong. Spent much more time than what I had paid her for. Very polite and concerned. Highly recommend Krystal.

Alexa was very communicative, reliable, and so kind. She went above and beyond to take care of our cats needs. Wonderful photo updates and notes. Will certainly book again!

I was going on a two week long trip this past month and I made sure to book Rosemarie as quickly as I could because I knew she would be an excellent sitter, and she proved even better than I already knew. One of my two cats got sick just before I left and aside from providing her usual great standard of care, she was super attentive to his issues and always kept me aware of the situation.
