Alexa was INCREDIBLE taking care of my boys. I’ve never used Rover before so I was a little hesitant to trust a stranger with my babies, but Alexa is no longer a stranger to me or my boys. Kaitlyn has been taking care of our German Shepherd puppy for a while and she is always so sweet and polite! She has the best communication skills and is always prompt. She takes care of Ranger so well and Ranger is always happy to spend time with Kaitlyn. I highly recommend her! She treats your pets like family ♥️

Kimberly was so sweet to my animals and super great with communication too! I appreciate her help with navigating Rover for the first time! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing someone to help help out with their fur babies!

Heidi was great with our dog Hagrid! She came by in the afternoons for 30 minute visits/walks and went above and beyond. I wasn't expecting much since they were short visits, but she sent plenty of updates anyway! She also brought her dog Jasper who was super friendly and great to socialize with our puppy. Our vacation plans ended up changing after only a few days so we ended up not needing her for as long as we expected, but she was very kind and flexible with that and it was definitely nothing to do with her. She was good with Hagrid and we would have kept using her if we had still needed someone!

Kayleigh is wonderful! She is punctual, great communicator, and excellent with our dogs. We have puppies and older dogs and it is pretty high maintenance!! Kayleigh does a great job and all our pups love her.

We never had used anyone from Rover before. We had a last minute need for care for our dog. Lauren was amazing. Our dog Diana is usually so timid but warmed up to her quickly. We appreciate the pictures to keep us updated on how Diana was doing. Thank you so much again Lauren.

Charity is very trustworthy, communicates with us often, and loves on our crew! Just what we need for peace of mind when we have to leave them. Very grateful to have her so close!
