Cat Sitting in West Bass Lake

Absolutely ZERO complaints or issues with Nicole. She watched our cat for a week during a recent vacation. My wife and I are super early risers. Typically waking up around 3am. We got lucky with Nicole, she has a similar schedule and was able to feed our cat early mornings consistent with our daily feedings. Our meet & greet was great as well. We have never used Rover and were really unsure what to expect. Nicole answered questions via messaging before scheduling a meet. A few hours before our scheduled time, Nicole reached out to confirm our appointment. Nicole asked many questions about our cat, home, plants etc. Asked if she should shovel snow, water plants, take garbage to curb etc. Nicole really put my wife and I at ease after talking with her. Nicole gave us great report cards with her daily check-ins. Always received multiple pics of our cat in our home. We are new cat owners and were nervous on what to expect. When we travel in the future, and will not be able to bring our pets with us, we will definitely rebook with Nicole. All said, Nicole is a great reflection of Rover and what they offer pet owners. We look forward to interacting with Nicole again in the future.

Matthew came over prior to our vacation to get to know our house and our pet. He was communicative while we were gone, reaching out if you had any questions or issues. We sincerely appreciated his care and follow through for our cat Chuck!

Morgan was great with my cat, and really got him to warm up to her. She was very communicative, prompt, and responsive during the visits, overall a great experience and I would recommend Morgan to anyone!

Tony took great care of four cats when we went out of town. It was our first long trip away from the girls in some time, so I was nervous at first. But Tony checked in everyday with an update and sometimes even a picture, and I was relaxed in no time knowing they in good care. I came home to happy cats and a very tidy house. I know Tony is a dog guy, but I would recommend him for your feline friends as well! TLDR: 5 stars, will rebook with Tony again

Shawntel did a great job with my cat, Angus! He is typically a very shy and anxious kitty that doesn’t like company, but totally warmed up to Shawntel. I booked this somewhat last minute, but Shawntel still took the booking and even took the time to do a meet and greet before as well. I really appreciated the pics and updates as I was out of town as well. Would definitely rebook.

Holly did a great job! We’re looking forward to having her sit for our cats in the future.

Andrew kept communication daily with photos and updates. He was attentive and actually related with our two cats. They were at ease and well cared for. They were brushed and fed and came back happy and calm. We Highly recommend Andrew!

Katrina did a wonderful job taking care of my 2 cats while I was out of town. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is reliable and great with animals. Thank you Katrina for taking such great care of them!

Olivia did an amazing job with our skittish cat. It takes a lot for him to warm up to people, and he clearly liked her — which says a lot. She was responsive, followed all directions, sent updates and pictures, and was very friendly. We felt completely comfortable while we were away and would absolutely use her again. Highly recommend!
