Loni is doing a great job taking care of our Winston. Her reports are thorough and give us a good sense of how he is doing. She is also very responsive to schedule changes.

Kyra was great! She kept our senior cats on track and looped us in on how things were going. We really appreciated her help and would definitely ask for her help again!

Madde was a joy to work with! She sent pictures and gave updates on our 3 big dogs. Knowing they could be in their home and cared for meant the world to us and Madde was sure to be on time and attentive to our fur babies! Katelyn was wonderful with our sweet, old dog Benes. She was absolutely reliable and professional and we had no worries about her care while we were traveling. She kept us updated and well informed. We recommend her highly.

Bella was so kind and compassionate. Unfortunately, my one fur baby passed right before I was leaving town for my grandpa's funeral. To say I was devastated is an understatement! I wanted to be home to comfort Casper over losing his brother, but even if I skipped the funeral, I truly wouldn't have been much comfort to him due to my mental and emotional state. Bella was kind and willing to give Casper the love and attention he deserves and desperately needed! I will be forever grateful for her being able to give Casper the support he needed during such a difficult time. Thank you so much Bella!!

Rita and Brian are the best! We scheduled them on a Friday for an appointment the next Monday. They offered to come over to our house that Friday and meet us and our dog, Harvey. They clearly love animals and quickly made friends with Harvey. My wife was scheduled for surgery on the booking date. We just needed them to take Harvey out one time, but they told us that if it took longer for us to return home they would come back again that day. They not only took Harvey out, but made extra effort by taking him on a field trip to a local park. They went above and beyond! They are both wonderful people. We will definitely use them again! They are a credit to Rover.com.
