Rebecca is AMAZING! This was my first time using Rover so I was a bit nervous but she made everything super easy and made me feel a lot better about leaving my kitties for a whole week. We had a mishap back at home after arriving at our vacation destination and Rebecca was quick to respond and offer to stop over two days early to help. Everything was followed as requested and the cats are very happy. I will most definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Very responsive and sent out messages and photos while we were away. We were traveling internationally with poor cell/internet and I knew they were being taken care of. We have one cat that often hides from cat sitters, but he didn’t :)
