This was my first experience with a pet sitting service and I was hesitant at first, but Suzanne did a drop-in visit to meet us and immediately put my mind at ease. Jaina is sweet, caring, responsible, communicative, and professional. She did an amazing job dropping in on my two cats while I was out of town!
