Aurora is wonderful! She is professional and respectful, and she really pays attention to little details about my cats' personalities and behaviors. She took great care of them for the more than two weeks we were away, and she checked in with me regularly the entire time, so I knew they were in good hands. She spent time playing with my social kitty, but she was also very patient with my scaredy cat who was afraid to come out from her hiding place, giving her the space she needed to feel safe. We had Lauri drop in on our dogs for a few days when we couldn’t be home to give Otis his meds. She not only gave Otis his meds, but she took all of them (3) out in our yard and played with them. Lauri truly loves animals. I would highly recommend her to care for your animals. Will definitely have her watch our crew again!!!

Hannah was great to communicate daily with lots of pics. My too girls were well cared for and happy with all the attention.
