100% 5 stars all the way. Love the method she uses to meet the dogs and to work them into the house comfortably. Nothing pressured and they just went right with her. She sent us an update with pictures 2 hours later to let us know they were settling in. Sent updates and pics throughout the week. The dogs were calm when we picked them and they settled right back into their normal home environment and routine. This is how we know they were at ease and happy with her for the week. We had another last minute open house and needed somewhere to take our dogs.. so I sent Tommy and Michele a request the night before for doggy daycare and they made it work for the NEXT day. My boys loved seeing them again and we are beyond thankful! They sent pictures of them the whole time and treated them like their own!
