I would have given Caitlyn 10 stars for the service she provided. As a first timer with Rover, I was very hesitant but now, I will be using Rover again. I use to board them and it had became so traumatic for them. Caitlyn gave us step by step on each visit and love getting the pictures. Hands down THE best sitter EVER! Aside from that, Shari as a wonderful wonderful personality that’s reassuring. She truly loves what she does and it shows. She’s a blessing to us and our little Yorkie. My husband and I feel so much more comfortable traveling knowing Saylor is being cared for with as much love as we give her.
