Josephine took great care of our two pugs, although our cruise vacation didn't pan out due to bad weather it was still nice to know she was taking great care of our pets while we were away from them. She also offered us picture updates of the pets when we did have service again finally. I definitely recommend her for your pet boarding needs 5/5 stars.

Norma went beyond my expectations! I got regular updates and photos via text! Plenty of space for dogs to play! I had an emergency while out of town and Norma was exceptionally flexible to accommodate my needs with a boarding extension. I'm very satisfied with the service provided to my four-legged best friend. Highly recommended!

Scott and his wife took wonderful care of my two dogs and the communication was great! I felt very comfortable leaving them while we were away. I would recommend them to anyone!

Mey and her husband David were amazing with our senior dog, Leah, and shy cat, Maano. Leah struggles to eat due to bad teeth, but they made sure she was comfortable and ate well, and she became very attached to David. Maano, who’s usually skittish, felt comfortable enough to roam the house after just a day. They sent plenty of pictures, giving us peace of mind, and were super flexible when our flight was canceled twice. We couldn’t have asked for better care and will definitely book with them again. Highly recommend!

Tiffany watched our 9 month old Saint Bernard puppy for a week and was absolutely amazing with him. She found creative ways to keep him entertained, and always kept us updated. Her and her family did an fantastic job of caring for him and giving him lots of love. She treated him like one of her own and we are very grateful. 10/10 recommend!

Julie is exceptional! She is very caring of our dog and provided images and videos throughout the day. We can definitely recommend her services and we will be using her again.

I recently boarded our pet who is a spoiled kid at home with all amenities 😂 at courtney place and this our first time with them and I couldn’t be happier with the experience the way they made us feel welcome and assured that our pet is taken care well. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for boarding their pet and I will definitely return back to them for our next trip to drop off our pet.

Well honestly it’s a tad hard to review. We thought Sydney was just exhausted when she got home. We knew she had kids and other dogs to play with so I believe she had a really good time. We picked her up yesterday and she slept most of the day. At bedtime I figured out she is just giving us the cold shoulder because she didn’t get to go with us. I would definitely use Karmen again. She seemed quite flexible. I think if I needed something quick, she would try to accommodate if possible.

Super informative, on top of things, and treated my dog as her own! Cheebi loved her and her husband! They say that dogs can tell you about a person! Cheebi adored them both!

Our experience leaving our dog Charlie with Patricio (and Laika!) was truly amazing. Charlie stayed over for 10 nights (we ended up getting delayed on our return flight, and booked an extra night with Patricio last-minute -- he was incredibly accommodating!). We received pictures of Charlie daily, as well as updates on how he was doing, and Patricio was very responsive via email. Charlie and Laika got along extremely well from their first meeting (and it didn't hurt that they look and act like twins!); Laika is a sweet girl who made Charlie feel more than comfortable during his stay. We will definitely be bringing Charlie over to play with his "twin" many more times. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Rochelle was the best hands down! She was very communicative, responsive, kind, and flexible. This was my first experience boarding my dog through Rover. She made this experience pleasurable. Rochelle has a forever customer with my husband and myself!

So thankful for Jenny and her family taking care of my dog and boarding him for a solid week. They sent videos and pictures and let me know how things were going. I never worried about him after drop off. Kind and prompt communication. Will definitely ask to book again when I need to!

I had the pleasure of having Jaine and her son take care of my dog Kolly for three nights. During Kolly’s stay, they provided him with the best care, ensuring she was comfortable, well-fed, and happy. When I picked Kolly up, she was in great spirits, which speaks volumes about the quality of care he received. I highly recommend Jaine to any pet owner looking for a reliable and loving caretaker. Their genuine affection for animals shines through in their excellent service.

Kris seamed to be very attentive with our little girl Brandi. She acted very professional and has a great personality. She kept in touch daily with pictures of our dog. We are very particular with whom we leave Brandi with and will book with her in the future. Would recommend.

Nicole was great at sending daily pics and communication. I wasn’t worried about my dogs in her care. I would definitely use her again in the future.
