Taylor was responsive and very kind. She was on time and followed directions perfectly! Even when our dog caused a little trouble she was calm and asked for our help. Would recommend and will definitely book again!

Alicia has been watching our Doberman since he was a puppy last summer. We hired her through Rover and she has made our experience with this service and her excellent. She is very responsive to requests and always available when we travel for work or to visit family in NY. We really appreciate her and how she cares for our two dogs over the last 6 months we have used her.

We were kinda last minute when we booked this last weekend and crystal was so sweet and willing to help us out. We left a key under the mat and even though we haven't even met I would totally trust her at my home again and again. She sent texts and photos regularly and the house was spotless when we got home. The dogs were happy and I can tell they loved spending time with her. We will definitely be doing drop ins from crystal again.

Lea treated our two cats as her own, sending us videos of her playing with them and eating treats. She ensured they were both comfortable and stress-free during our vacation.

Shelby was amazing and provided great communication when she checked in on my doggos!! They had a great time and she made it easy knowing my boys were taken care of so I could relax while I was out or town!

Amanda did an excellent job caring for my high maintenance cats. She also went above and beyond to water our outdoor plants for us during this crazy heatwave. Will definitely call her again next time we go out of town. Our cats must have loved her because they were not even excited to see us when we got home. That’s a great sign!!

Jenny was AMAZING. We have a 210lb English mastiff and a Shar Pei. She did a phenomenal job watching them while we were on a 4 day vacation (drop-in visits throughout the day while we were gone). This was our first time using Rover, and I can't imagine having anyone else watch our dogs now! We will hire her again! She was prompt, kind, and just overall an amazing person.
