Olivia was wonderful as always. We had great communication and photos from her visits. She loves animals and it shows. Our Lotus Cloud really loves her back.
She was absolutely awesome! We changed plans the day we left and she was totally understanding with us. She took great care of the cats, swept up the litter (which we didnt even consider asking her to do!), and even played with them while she was here. She even sent me pictures and videos! We will definitely contact her again for future vacations.
