This was my first time using Rover, and though I was a bit uneasy trying out a new service, I feel as if I truly lucked out with finding Ava to take care of my girls while I was away. Ava was really prepared, and made sure she had all of the details for how to care for Rosie and Marion while I was away. She did detailed check-ins, and sent photos! Rosemary seemed like she was always thrilled when Ava came in — greeting her for lots of pets! I was able to feel comfortable and confident while I was away that they were in truly competent and caring hands. She was thorough and took great care of everything. It is nice to come back to everything in order. I will certainly book with Ava again in the future, and give her my highest recommendation to any other fur parents!

I’ll start by saying we left our two cats, one being a high-needs senior, in Selena’s care for a few days, and she handled everything beautifully. Our senior cat takes multiple topical and one oral medication multiple times a day - some situationally. She also threw a curve ball by refusing food for the first day we were gone. Selena was calm with the challenges and clearly communicated with us about what was happening and how our older cat looked and behaved. She patiently tried all of our suggestions to get our girl to eat, with eventual success, keeping us from cutting our trip short. Even after things returned to normal, Selena sent us multiple pictures and details about how both cats were doing and took absolutely perfect care of them. If you’re looking for someone to care for your pets as though they were their own, Selena should be your first contact!
