Sam is absolutely wonderful. She has been fantastic with my new puppy. She really cares about animals and you can tell she loves taking care of them. So nice and accommodating she was able to work with my very hectic schedule and do a last minute drop in. I would HIGHLY recommend booking her if you’re looking for someone trustworthy and reliable to watch your animals or care for them. 🙂

We couldn't be happier with the care our pets received while we were away on vacation. Crystal went above and beyond to make sure our pets were not only safe but happy and comfortable in our absence. I’ll start by saying we left our two cats, one being a high-needs senior, in Selena’s care for a few days, and she handled everything beautifully. Our senior cat takes multiple topical and one oral medication multiple times a day - some situationally. She also threw a curve ball by refusing food for the first day we were gone. Selena was calm with the challenges and clearly communicated with us about what was happening and how our older cat looked and behaved. She patiently tried all of our suggestions to get our girl to eat, with eventual success, keeping us from cutting our trip short. Even after things returned to normal, Selena sent us multiple pictures and details about how both cats were doing and took absolutely perfect care of them. If you’re looking for someone to care for your pets as though they were their own, Selena should be your first contact!

Josephine was so great! This was our first time using Rover and she went above and beyond and made us feel very at ease with each check in note and pictures she sent! We felt they were in great hands and hopefully Josephine is always available anytime we need someone to stay with our babies :)

Rachael did a great job checking on Kobe! She was super sweet to him and he seemed to enjoy seeing her every day! While there was one day that Rachael had to cancel her check in for an emergency, she communicated well so we could find a back up and refunded us for that day. Thank you!

Rita was amazing! She was kind and courteous and won us over with her first meet-and-greet. She sent messages and photos every day she dropped in on the kitties so we knew exactly when she was there. Our cats were so comfortable with her and she gave them lots of cuddles and love!

She was prompt, helpful, caring and communicated very well. Angel couldn't have been happier. Will absolutely look for her again if going out of town.
