Hannah is wonderful. This was our first time using Rover and I was a little nervous. However, she made this experience so wonderful that I will book with her for our upcoming coming trips. She asked questions when needed and sent us great communication. I can’t think her enough!! Our dog loved her and had a less stressful experience than being boarded.

Karli was so great accommodating a super last second booking. I appreciate her coming to check in on my kitty and help her get some energy out during my first trip away since adopting her!

Kim did an phenomenonal with my two kitties while I was away for a business trip. It was a relief knowing they were in great hands, especially when we had severe weather threats in the area. The Rover cards everyday were great with a update on how they were fairing. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Brooke is amazing. In addition to regular cat-sitting tasks, she has been giving one of our cats daily insulin shots. She is totally reliable and writes informative reports about the cats.
