I would have given Caitlyn 10 stars for the service she provided. As a first timer with Rover, I was very hesitant but now, I will be using Rover again. I use to board them and it had became so traumatic for them. Caitlyn gave us step by step on each visit and love getting the pictures. Kaci took good care of our three kitties. She filled I. For us last minute when our regular sitter canceled after the big storms in Tulsa and she did a great job- kitties were well fed and happy. Kaci was very prompt and communicated well with us, no issues at all. Would definitely recommend her!
