House Sitting in Slaughterville

Shelby was excellent! She was able to take on some over nights for us after our other sitter cancelled last minute. She was so pleasant, spent a bunch of time with our pets (which was great because they are used to someone being home normally), she handled our high energy dogs fantastically, was communicative and you couldn’t even tell she’d been in the house! 10/10 would recommend.

I could write a book about how amazing Christina is! I am a first time Rover-user. I’m also a single Mom to a 3yr old little boy and a 6yr old female pitbull. Long story short I NEEDED this vacation but I was having such bad anxiety about leaving my dog for 9 days with a stranger. The minute I reached out to Chris she immediately put my mind at ease. I have never used a service like this so I had so many questions about how everything worked. Chris came to my house for a meet/greet about a month before my trip (before I officially booked the dog-sit) so she could meet my dog, take a look at the house, and most importantly put my mind at ease while I asked her a bunch of questions. Chris and I just ‘clicked’. I felt like I was just catching up with an old family friend. After that initial meeting I knew I was comfortable with her taking care of my dog/house. I booked Chris for a dog walk a few days after that initial meeting so she could meet my dog once more and take her in a short walk to get familiar with my dogs behavior. Both of these meetings put my mind at ease and I was happy to focus on preparing for our trip to the beach, instead of worrying about the well-being of my dog. Chris informed me she could communicate as much or as little as I wanted while we were away on our trip. I told her I would love as many pictures and updates that she was willing to send. She did not disappoint! At least once a day I received a picture of my dog and an update and summary of the day. I have high anxiety and there wasn’t a second during this entire process where I felt stressed or overwhelmed. Any sort of hesitations or reservations I was having Chris knew exactly what to do to put my mind at ease. I know this review is already long but I could write so much more. In conclusion Chris has: Great communication She is Trustworthy Immense love for animals Tidy Takes pride in her work You can tell she loves her job Chris is amazing. Your animal and house will be well taken care of. Looking forward to my next vacation so I can book Chris again. I’ve been back from my trip for only a week and I’ve already forward her information to several friends and family.

Acacia is the best. She did everything she was supposed to and sent pic's. Very dependable. I highly recommend her.

Steph was awesome! My dogs were so happy when we got back, I could tell they were well loved. I swear my house was cleaner than when we left too!

Rylee is absolutely amazing! She took care of our three dogs so well even during the big snow storm she came out. We ended up throwing a lot at her during her stay when our horse sitter flaked on us she stepped up and did it without ever doing it before. We truly appreciate everything she did for us and will be using her again in the future. I could not recommend her enough for anyone looking for a great sitter who communicates, takes care of not only your dogs but your home, and does everything above and beyond for you.

Brooke was great! She sent a balanced amount of pictures and updates on our pets while also letting us enjoy our vacation. I could tell the dogs were safe and happy with her based off of their demeanor when we got back home. I hope to have her sit again in the future and I would recommend her.

She was amazing taking care of two dogs and two cats for 8 days. I would definitely use her again for my next pet sitting needs. She is great at communicating and sending pictures. Definitely eases your mind when leaving your beloved pets in the care of someone else.

Sophia did a wonderful job taking care of our fur baby Cliffy. She sent us plenty of photos. Will definitely use her again in the future.
