This was our first time using Rover.com. It was a wonderful experience and exceeded our expectations. Josephine was professional, caring, and put our mind at ease. I also enjoyed using the Rover app because it was easy to use and gave us all the information that we needed to make a decision. Norma saved the day by taking on my 8 week old puppy early in the morning with less than 24hour notice! She gave me updates throughout the day and expressed how much fun she had with our girl...despite the fact that she's teething and not 100% potty trained. What a gem!
