Carol is a magical, wonderful cat-whisperer. This was our first time away from our rescue kitties and we were anxious with how they would respond with someone new to the house. (They run and hide when new people come in.) Carol is patient, gentle and really understands cats. The very first night (!) she had them come out of hiding! She was even able to get them to play with her and be their normal selves. We couldn't believe it. She shared many photos and videos...we loved that communication. Carol had some kind of magic pixie dust and we knew the cats were going to be just fine with her. We were able to relax and enjoy the rest of our vacation. We want to put Carol on retainer for the rest of our vacations! Thank you, Carol!

Josh was great with my two boys! He was flexible when I recognized they would benefit from an extra walk/additional drop in visit. He communicated well throughout our appointments. He went the extra mile by “getting rid of the evidence” 😉 when my anxious/bored boys destroyed their beds. 🥴😵‍💫 We appreciate everything about Josh and are glad he was able to take care of the boys while I was out of town.

5stars! My cat didn't experience anxiety while I was away because this young woman came to see her. She was comfortable with her at the Meet and Greet before I left so she had a friend the whole time. The pictures taken at each drop-in will be part of my Vaca too. They made me comfortable enough not to worry. Thanks so much Emma, you're awesome!

Our experience with Heather was wonderful. MissyBoo is like a baby to us and we worry about leaving her. We were only gone for a day and Heather came to our home several times during the day. Took her for a walk and kept us updated on each visit. The walk was very special to MissyBoo since we are not able to walk her much. We are all looking forward to another DogVacay with Heather.
