As a first time Rover customer, I can definitely say I was a bit hesitant with trusting a stranger enter my home and watch my fur baby. Lydia made the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. She communicated with me frequently and sent photos that made me feel at ease. She’s such a kind heart and I can really see the passion she has for caretaking. I definitely would recommend her to care for your loved companions!

Aliera cared for my dog on relatively short notice so I am very grateful. She is wonderful with Shasta and keeps in close communication. Ali's the best.
