Bridgitte accommodated a last minute request for drop in visits to our sweet old cat over the Christmas holiday. She took wonderful care of Leonard and was both thoughtful and communicative. She shared photos and updates from every visit and Leonard enjoyed the extra attention. Bridgitte even handled some household needs while we were away without even being asked. We had a last minute opportunity to go out of town and were so grateful to find Chelsea to take care of our two cats! She was prompt, cared about their preferences and needs, communicated well, and even brought in our packages. Ellen is a great communicator throughout her time looking after our kitty. We were pleased to come back to a safe and happy cat. A spotless litter box was a bonus! Would hire Ellen again!
