Nicole is amazing with my bunnies and guinea pigs!! She takes pictures and communicates daily. She makes sure they are fed, have fresh water, veggies, and clean cages! She also asks questions if needed. I would book Nicole again in the future for my special-needs and elderly and high maintenance exotics pets in a heartbeat!!

Rachel took exceptional care of our two cats, even in unexpected circumstances. The night before we left, one of our cats had to visit the ER vet. Although it wasn’t serious, he needed close monitoring for signs of any issues. Rachel handled everything flawlessly, providing us with daily updates and pictures to show us that he was doing well. Her dedication and attention to detail allowed us to enjoy our vacation with peace of mind, knowing our babies were in excellent hands. We are deeply grateful for Rachel’s outstanding care and support.

Kristen did a great job with my kitties! She followed my instructions exactly and was great at communicating with me/answering all my questions. As a bonus, she sent lots of awesome pictures of my kitties each time she went to watch them. I would definitely book her again!

We hired Nathan for a housesitting job to stay with our senior cat.  He was great about keeping in touch with photos and updates on how our cat was doing.  Nathan was personable and punctual.  We will be using him again.

Christine was great for this first time Rover user. Great communication and pictures, she made the process easy for me overall. I would absolutely use Christine for overnight cat watching!
