House Sitting in Central Point

Novaleigh was amazing! We are first time Rover users and were beyond pleased with her communication, professionalism and care for both our older lab and our home. Highly recommend. I was so lucky that Andrea happened to be available the last minute to help me with my dog and my cat while I was away for a week. Well, my dog is easy to tend to, my cat is new in my home and quite ancient so her observations of his quirks and potential health issues are valuable. Andrea sent photos and updates once or twice a day, and all of us pet people know how much that means. She left my home in perfect condition and set up my bedroom and bathroom with freshly clean linens for my late night arrival. I hope she’s available the next time I need help with my critters.

Thrilled to have connected with Stephen. He took such good care of our somewhat-complicated animals and house and it was clear that he was giving them even more attention than we’re able to! Excited to use him again in the future. Already booked him for our next trip. Thanks!!!

We were on a road trip through Oregon and stopped at a K.O.A.in Gold Hill/Medford area. Our traveling buddy is our very sweet and completely blind, 12, 1/2 year old dog. She has such special needs that leaving her for too long just doesn't feel right. She needs the person with her to be her eyes and safety spotter. Tracy was so thoughtful from the first encounter. She came a day early to let Shasta get to know her....us too. We wanted Tracy to be Shasta's companion for 8 hours while we did the river tour on the Rogue River. Well, things didn't exactly go as planned. My husband had a medical emergency and I called Tracy the morning of her day visit and cancelled on her while I took my husband to the hospital. Tracy was so kind. She made herself available for anything we needed. I did end up needing her to check in on Shasta for awhile while we were at the hospital. I came home and husband stayed overnight. Great care at Providence and he could come back the next morning. Through all of this, Tracy kindly was there for us and went above and beyond what we ever expected of her service. Shasta obviously liked Tracy a lot and seemed so happy when she was with her.

Olivia had great communication and sent daily pics, so we knew our crew was well taken care of. We came home to a clean house and happy pets, and would not hesitate to use Olivia again!

Melissa watched over our two dogs for Thanksgiving, and I will definitely book with her again! She sent daily updates and photos, and the dogs seemed as happy as ever! She also took great care with the house, vacuumed and changed the sheets before she left! That was totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. I highly recommend her for your pet-sitting needs. :)

Lacey and Olivia were so great with our dogs Conan and Cora. We had our sitter get sick and so last minute Lacey and Olivia stepped in and stayed with our pups for a long weekend and I so thankful. They sent pictures and updates throughout the visit and my house was cleaner than I left it when we returned. VERY impressed.

Both Panda and Grover loved Brittany. Grover (my cat) never comes out when I have a sitter with my little ones, he stays hidden and uses the doggie door to go in and out. Brittany sent me a pic with both Panda and Grover out in the living room together! She was communicative, informative and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend her and will be using her in the future.

Chloe was awesome! She took perfect care of our house and dog. She sent updates and pictures. She brought Todd, her sweet service dog in training, which was a wonderful socialization and play opportunity for our pup. We would 100% use her again and recommend her.
