House Sitting in Happy Valley

Naiya is wonderful! I feel so lucky to have found her here on Rover. Our dog, Nova, can take some time to warm up to new people, but Naiya has the BEST energy and Nova adored her from the start. I felt so comfortable being away knowing Nova was in great hands. Naiya was super communicative, sent lots of fun updates & photos, and even went above and beyond taking considerate care of our house and garden since we were gone during a heat wave. Very positive experience: Highly recommended!!

Donna came prepared with anything and everything she would need and was so good with my dog. He is rarely immediately at ease with people, but he warmed to her right away and I felt so comfortable leaving him with her. Have already booked again!

Tiana is so wonderful with our precious dogs while we are out of town. Knowing that she is caring for them and our home makes is so much easier to relax while on vacation. She has excellent communication skills and is thoughtful and gentle with our dogs. Would recommend her services to anyone.

Michelle watched our dog and cat for a weekend on pretty short notice. She clearly loves animals and sent pictures every day while we were gone. She also left the house super clean and even took our trash cans to the street for us. Would definitely love to have her watch them again.

Tayler was great, getting together a couple days prior for a meet and greet was perfect for my dog to know who was going to be coming over. She sent updates and pictures throughout the time and ensured that my dog was comfortable

Noemi was wonderful! The pets took to her quickly and she gave them a lot of love and care. She is good with both cats and dogs. She went above and beyond and even spoiled them with treats. She was able to give my senior cat his daily medicine. She also took good care of my home. Thank you Noemi!

Jordan did a fantastic job watching our dogs. He was a great communicator and sent photos of our pups throughout the day. Would highly recommend.

I can’t thank Mackenzie enough for the amazing care she provided for my dog, Ellie! From the moment I met her, I could tell she was kind, responsible, and truly loves animals. I received regular updates and pictures which made me feel so reassured while I was away. Ellie loved her, and I’ll definitely be booking her again in the future!

This is the second time Amir has stayed with our dogs. The dogs love him! He kept us updated with texts and pictures. He noticed that Chester had a sore on his leg and asked what should be done. I had forgotten to tell Amir that Chester had a growth frozen off and that’s what it was. When we came home late Saturday evening, the dogs didn’t hear us because they were sound asleep. Amir had turned the TV on the with relaxing music for dogs. They woke up once we were in the house! Also, our house was left very clean and tidy. We will definitely use Amir again!

It was wonderful having Corvin look after our pups in our own home! Great communication, very tidy and considerate guest in our home. We so appreciate having peace of mind while away. Thank you Corvin!

Matthew did an amazing job taking care of our pet family! He kept us updated every day and sent us pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, we were touched to find framed photos of each of our dogs and our cat — such a thoughtful surprise. We truly appreciate his kindness and attention to detail. We would absolutely work with Matthew again in the future!

Deanna went above and beyond. Our dog can be nervous with new people but it seemed like our dog took right to Deanna. Communication was clear, we enjoyed the pictures of them cuddling to see she was happy and content with her new bestie. I wouldn't hesitate to book Deanna again next time we are out of town. I think she is already missed by our dog!

Ryleigh was wonderful! She was responsive, kind and took great care of our two dogs. We will definitely continue to have her in our home.

Merry was amazing. Great communication, pets were clearly well cared for, and the house was in perfect condition upon our return. We even had the sweetest drawing of our pets waiting for us on our return. Would book again any time.

This was our first time using Rover and using a combo (pet-house sitter) so we were very nervous about how it would go being out of town. We got a great sense of security and relief after we contacted Katherine, had a meet and greet at our home and she committed to stay with our Boxer "Charlie" for 2 nights. A few days after the meeting we left as planned and things couldn't have gone any smoother! Katherine knows dogs and was easily able to manage our somewhat needy dog, she was very responsive to our texts and gave us regular updates (photo and video). When we got home the house looked immaculate (better than when we left) and Charlie was happy and healthy, we will be looking to Katherine first for all of our future trips!

Madison did a great job with my senior kitty, who was anxious and kept to himself during their visit. I appreciated their honest communication and responsiveness, and their sensitivity to his needs. They even slept on the couch so that he could be alone in his fortress of solitude (aka, the bed). I recommend Madison as a thoughtful and attentive sitter who will take good care of your pets.

Philipp was amazing! He took great care of our pups, made sure they got some exercise, and kept the house tidy. We’d welcome him back anytime!
