We have been using various sitters on Rover for years. But, I can say with certainty that John and So are the best sitters we have been lucky to leave our dogs with. John and So treated our dogs like their own, with love, affection and warmth. They provided pictures and videos of our dogs every day. I can't say enough good things about Katie! She is absolutely wonderful with my puppy, Dunkin. From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease leaving Dunkin in her care. She is clearly experienced, loving, and attentive. Dunkin came home happy and well-cared for. He was clearly well-loved and entertained during stay.

We couldn't be happier with the care Brittany provided for our 10-month-old, high energy puppy, Willow. From the very start, Brittany was incredibly attentive to Willow’s needs and took the time to understand her energetic personality. She made sure to give Willow frequent walks and plenty of playtime, including fetch, which Willow absolutely loved! Brittany’s genuine love for animals and her commitment to ensuring Willow was happy and well-exercised really stood out. I have used Paula to board my Corgi Django two times now. Both times he has come home happy and healthy. When I brought him over for his second visit he was more than ready to go inside and visit her other dogs. She has herding dogs of her own so she understands what they are like.

Cristina went above and beyond taking care of my senior lab. She took extra care of Kona by changing her bandages frequently and keeping her bleeding wound clean. Cristina even used one of her personal first aid bandages to help keep it in place. She sent me pictures and I could see Kona was happy and in great care. I’d happily leave my baby Kona with Cristina again!

Angela is amazing. She is kind, easy to work with and she and her family took great care of my pups during my vacation. She sent me photos on my pups, which I appreciate very much!! I highly recommend!!

Lea and her family took wonderful care of our two shiba inus! Our pups have opposite personalities and they did a fantastic job catering to them both. Lea sent me updates daily with photos, and I smiled every time. It was our first time having our both dogs boarded for a few nights, and Lea did great at putting my concerns at ease. I had a wonderful experience with Lea; great communication, very friendly and sweet, and her whole family is a delight! I will definitely go with Lea again for future vacations.

Manisha and her family were amazing while were watching our dog, River. She sent lots of photos and videos and her daughters gave him so much attention. They even sent him home with a card and treats! 10/10 recommend and we will be back!

Emma was so wonderful with our little Yorky. The communication before we dropped off our dog and during the week that she had him was very comforting to us. We would highly recommend her.

We had never used Rover before and were a little nervous about the process - Saira made us feel super comfortable with everything. She and her family were great, and I could tell by the photos she shared that Holly was having a great time and was clearly being loved on and cared for. Cindy was amazing! Provided updates and photos of our dog, Mango, everyday. Mango is a pretty anxious dog around new people, so Cindy was sure to provide a lot of updates after we dropped her off on how she was adjusting. This really helped me as an anxious dog mom, and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip knowing she was being well taken care of. We could tell Mango was having so much fun with all of her new friends. Will definitely be booking with Cindy again in the future!
