Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Jacksonville

Using a pet sitting service seemed a bit overwhelming to me at first. My two very spoiled cats are used to 4 feedings a day, play sessions galore and their cat boxes cleaned out every night. When my husband and I go away on short trips, the go to has always been a relative comes in and does the bare minimum. I was so relieved and way more relaxed knowing Lexy was not only able to visit as frequently as I wanted, but went above and beyond with what my girls are accustomed to. She played with them on every visit and took lots of pictures which definitely eased the helicopter cat parent in me. I am so thankful to Lexy and the Rover service in general and will definitely be using it again!

Lisa was so communicative, responded quickly, and sent me lots of pictures and even a video of our kitties while we were gone. It was so nice to feel confident that our kitties were in good hands.

Anika did amazing! Murphy was very happy having a friend at the house! She even took some really cute photos that made me feel very comfortable knowing he was happy and being well taken care of!

Autumn is great, and highly recommended (but please don't keep her so busy we can't book her again!) She paid close attention to every detail when she came to get instructions from us, kept every agreement fully, and went out of her way to establish report with our VERY skittish kitty. :)

The dogs accepted Jennifer right away. She is always on time and gives the dogs a good walk.

Andrea was fantastic! It was clear from the get go she cared about our cat Penny, and she took such good care of her while we were gone, including getting a heater from her home to keep Penny warm when our heater suddenly stopped working. She took great pictures and handled her medications and food / water / litter perfectly, we'll definitely book her again!

We travel fairly frequently and I don’t like leaving my fur babies. Kelsey is consistently reliable and responsible and cares for them with gentleness that puts my fears at ease, we are so grateful to have her.

Ali was wonderful. I had to fly for a doc apt and had a last min cancellation for letting my dogs out to potty two days before my flight. He was quick to respond and was able to come by the next day to meet the girls. They liked him and had no hesitation when they first met. He sent me pictures and had great communication. I would absolutely hire again. Thank you so much.
