Emma did a great job with our 3 kitties while we were away for the holiday. She was very patient with our most shy kitten, sitting with her while she ate under the bed until eventually she warmed up to her. We got regular photo and video updates, which made being away from them a teeny bit easier. Emma was also clear about scheduling and key pick up/drop off was very easy. We will gladly recommend and book with her again!

As a first time Rover customer, I can definitely say I was a bit hesitant with trusting a stranger enter my home and watch my fur baby. Lydia made the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. She communicated with me frequently and sent photos that made me feel at ease. She’s such a kind heart and I can really see the passion she has for caretaking.
