Erin communicates so well! I was nervous about using a boarding service for the first time and she put me completely at ease. I will definitely use her in the future and recommend her to anyone who asks.

Molly was very accommodating and down to Earth. She sent pictures of our cats for each visit, and we had her feeding them twice a day. She’s trusting and I plan to use her again for future trips.

Stephanie and her husband accepted a very last-minute request to care for our geriatric blind and deaf cat. We so much appreciate that they cared for her and gave her love. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

This was my time using Rover and David made it a great experience. He came by to meet Isabelle and see the job to make sure we were both comfortable. He answered some questions about how Rover works. I was mid-flight when he arrived and he reached out to me to let me know how Isabelle was doing. And he was very prompt in responding when I asked for updates.

Megan has watched our two cats multiple times and she's always fantastic to work with. It gives us peace of mind to know they're in good hands when we're gone.

Beth did a great job! We were a little nervous leaving our new kitty with a sitter for the first time, but Beth put us at ease right away, clearly understanding many types of kitties well. She sent us great updates with lots of good pictures, which really made our vacation more relaxing, knowing our fur babies were in good hands. We plan to book her services again next trip.

Kara took great care of our boys and our home while we were gone, as always. We appreciated all the great photos that kept our pets feeling close.

Taylor is kind, considerate and a true animal lover. My shy, somewhat reclusive kitty felt comfortable with Taylor almost immediately. Taylor did an awesome job not only with overall care, but also communicating through notes, photos, and videos. It’s such a relief to know my kitty is in such good hands.

Jay has been so communicative about how my little kitty Charlie is doing while I am out of state. Jay always sends photos and went above and beyond when we thought the automatic cat feeder wasn’t working. 100% will be booking again :)

Pam was our first Rover pet sitter. She came over to visit for a meet & greet, which was helpful and reassuring. Great experience all around. Highly recommended!
