Erin communicates so well! I was nervous about using a boarding service for the first time and she put me completely at ease. I will definitely use her in the future and recommend her to anyone who asks.

Molly went above and beyond with our cats. She made sure to check on everyone single one of them and truly cared for them. This was our first time using Rover and she made it an amazing experience. I got pictures every visit she did. I will definitely will be using her again and I recommend her alot.

Stephanie and her husband accepted a very last-minute request to care for our geriatric blind and deaf cat. We so much appreciate that they cared for her and gave her love. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

If you're looking for a Veterinary Technician to make a housecall, I recommend engaging Emily. She came promptly as scheduled and administered medications to our visiting elderly kitty saving me from having to load up the cat and drive to vet appointment at a much, much greater cost in time, effort and money. I will definitely use her services again.

This was my time using Rover and David made it a great experience. He came by to meet Isabelle and see the job to make sure we were both comfortable. He answered some questions about how Rover works. I was mid-flight when he arrived and he reached out to me to let me know how Isabelle was doing. And he was very prompt in responding when I asked for updates.

Megan has watched our two cats multiple times and she's always fantastic to work with. It gives us peace of mind to know they're in good hands when we're gone.

My'chaela was booked last minute to care for our 15 yo cat, and did a wonderful job, stopping by twice a day to feed & medicate. We booked her again in a few weeks. We have found a good,reliable pet sitter and are looking forward to having My'Chaela provide that care

Sarah was amazing. My kitties are kind of shy and she was able to get them to come out and let her pet them and play. Kara took great care of our boys and our home while we were gone, as always. We appreciated all the great photos that kept our pets feeling close.

Taylor is kind, considerate and a true animal lover. My shy, somewhat reclusive kitty felt comfortable with Taylor almost immediately. Taylor did an awesome job not only with overall care, but also communicating through notes, photos, and videos. It’s such a relief to know my kitty is in such good hands.

Beth is wonderful! We looked forward to her sweet and funny notes each day :) our cats can be pretty particular, but she worked her magic! We loved the pictures of them following her around, and snuggling up against her. It felt good to trust they were in good hands!

Zuri is the BEST!! She took fantastic care of our of our kitties for over a week while we were in the process of moving. It was such a a relief to know they were safe and well cared for. 🤍🤍
