House Sitting in Shedd

Elizabeth did a great job caring for my 4 dogs and stayed at our home for several days. She kept things tidy and cleaned up the yard daily. The pups all seemed quite happy and content.

Kayla was great with my animals. She sent lots of updates and pictures which really put my mind at ease. She was great with my more timid dog and they were friends in no time. 100% recommend!

Emily took such great care of our girls! She was above and beyond. She sent frequent updates and photos and very flexible. I knew the dogs were in good hands when she sent pictures of one of our pups bringing her favorite toy over, which she will only do for people she is comfortable with and really likes. I recommend her very highly!

Very very sweet and did an amazing job taking care of our boys!! We will definitely use her again in the future.

Whitney was amazing. We had to make a last minute change. She was totally accommodating and understanding of our situation. She did such an amazing job, we have already booked our next stay with her.

Thank-goodness for Sandor! He was available and happy to help us out in a time crunch, and quickly made friends with our pets! He kept in touch each day and sent great photos of the pets, letting us know all was well at home so that we didn't worry. He's a great communicator, a pet pro, and a good houseguest. We look forward to working with him more!

Kaitlyn was great! She last minute helped me out with my pup Roco on my wedding week when my original plans fell through. She had no issue doing me a huge favor by picking up my pup Roco after my ceremony (which he was in) and taking him back to my hotel and staying with him until the end of the night. She took a lot of stress off my shoulders.

10 stars! Nadiya is a wonderful communicator and clearly loves dogs. It seems she bonded well with our pup which is all we could ask for! Loved her photos during her stay and our house was spotless!

She did a great job both in ensuring Willow was fed regularly and in taking care of the house. I had not asked her to wash the sheets on her bed, but she voluntarily did so. I will definitely book her again and gladly recommend her to others.

Kate was absolutely amazing! She was communicative, sent lots of photos and updates, and left the place extremely tidy. She also made sure that Griz was engaged the whole time either with walks or his interactive toys. It warmed our hearts to know she treated him so well!

We can’t recommend Jaelyn enough. She was absolutely wonderful with our fearful senior dog! Our extended family had a big trip planned, including the folks who usually watch our dog. A few weeks out we really thought we were going to have to cancel because we hadn’t figured out what to do with the dog - enter Jaelyn! She approached Clementine with so much patience. She was reliable, communicative, and sent regular updates with photos. We came home to a happy dog and a spotless house. We feel incredibly lucky to have found someone we trust so fully with both our dog and our home. We would absolutely book her again!

I am usually really anxious leaving my boys alone, but Leonardo took such good care of them and kept me updated i could go to my best friend's wedding without worries. Very reasonably priced and they took very good care of my dog and cat (and they can be quite difficult at times!)

Rosie took care of our house and dog for a little over a week when we went on vacation. It was comforting to meet Rosie beforehand in person and discuss details to make all of us more comfortable. Rosie is absolutely reliable and we did not have to worry about a thing. We received updates and photos and there were no issues. Our dog was relaxed (and fully washed) when we returned home and our house was brand spanking clean, both added bonuses we did not request or expect. Our previous experiences with parties at our house when we were gone or sitters not showing up for interviews were concerning. Frankly, also on Rover, one candidate canceled 10 minutes before our arranged meeting which we had scheduled around her on a weekday morning. You just never know. In short, we were thrilled when we found Rosie. Rosie was stellar and we hope she will continue to provide these services as we will surely hire her again.
