Cindy was amazing! Provided updates and photos of our dog, Mango, everyday. Mango is a pretty anxious dog around new people, so Cindy was sure to provide a lot of updates after we dropped her off on how she was adjusting. This really helped me as an anxious dog mom, and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip knowing she was being well taken care of. We could tell Mango was having so much fun with all of her new friends. Will definitely be booking with Cindy again in the future!

We booked Heather for one week and were anxious as it was the longest we’ve been away from our dogs, but Heather provided consistent updates, photos and video, and even spoiled them with some home made treats. We’re so grateful to have found such a professional!

We couldn't be happier with the care Brittany provided for our 10-month-old, high energy puppy, Willow. From the very start, Brittany was incredibly attentive to Willow’s needs and took the time to understand her energetic personality. She made sure to give Willow frequent walks and plenty of playtime, including fetch, which Willow absolutely loved! Brittany’s genuine love for animals and her commitment to ensuring Willow was happy and well-exercised really stood out. We could tell Willow was always excited to see her, and it gave us peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. Thank you, Brittany, for providing such exceptional care and attention to Willow. Jocelyn is the BEST! She was so kind and thoughtful taking care of Omie. She sent pictures every day and was patient with all of my questions. It was the first time we’ve left our dog for more than a few nights and Jocelyn put me completely at ease. Will definitely book again!

Manisha and her family were amazing while were watching our dog, River. She sent lots of photos and videos and her daughters gave him so much attention. They even sent him home with a card and treats! 10/10 recommend and we will be back!

Milena and Vladimir were great! Very willing to work with us when a last minute change to our schedule occurred. They were very prompt in communication and wonderful for drop off and pick up. We got pictures and videos of our pup having a wonderful time! Would highly recommend and will use again.

I’ve lost count now how many times Scotch has enjoyed his stays with Morgan and her crew - I honestly don’t know what I’d do now that we’ve found her if she were ever unavailable because he loves his stays there so much! When we start pulling up to their home he knows it and starts getting so excited and that tells me our fur baby is being loved so much when he is away from us and that’s what I want to see. We will surely be back…again…and again…and again!

We have been using various sitters on Rover for years. But, I can say with certainty that John and So are the best sitters we have been lucky to leave our dogs with. John and So treated our dogs like their own, with love, affection and warmth. They provided pictures and videos of our dogs every day. Mark took care of our dog Kosho like he was his own. This was our first time using rover and all of the nerves I had about a stranger watching kosho were put at ease as soon as we met! Kosho is a very high energy dog and Mark did wonderfully at making sure his needs were met. We will definitely be booking again, thanks Mark!

Lea and her family took wonderful care of our two shiba inus! Our pups have opposite personalities and they did a fantastic job catering to them both. Lea sent me updates daily with photos, and I smiled every time. It was our first time having our both dogs boarded for a few nights, and Lea did great at putting my concerns at ease. I had a wonderful experience with Lea; great communication, very friendly and sweet, and her whole family is a delight! I will definitely go with Lea again for future vacations.

All went smoothly with boarding Sparky with Aliina. Aliina is very accommodating if your dog has anything special that needs care and they have a great setup where the dogs have a lot of rooms inside to roam about in.

Justin was an amazing dog sitter to Zuki. He was communicative and flexible when our flight got delayed for picking Zuki up. Would definitely recommend Justin for any dogs stay!

BreAnna was great and took great care of our dog Woody. She sent updates and many pictures during his stay. We will definitely use her services when we are going out of town next time.
