Kim is the very first "stranger" I ever left to care for my three cats. After meeting her and seeing her interact with my kittos, I could tell how much she cares about her work, and my anxieties were put at ease. She sent so many sweet pictures and updates. Everything went over so well. Kim is wonderful!

She is also knowledgeable and able to recognize issues as well as administer medications. She spends time giving extra pets and attention to our old lady kitty. 100/10!! I would recommend Raquel to everyone. I use Rover often but I’m always a little nervous about leaving my home and pets. But, without hesitation I will be booking with her again. Awesome communication and completed everything that was asked. My house was in great condition and she kept my cats happy and entertained.
