She took the time to meet our pets beforehand, which gave us peace of mind. During her visits, she followed all instructions carefully, kept us updated, and even went the extra mile to make sure both our dog and cat were comfortable and cared for. She also happily fed our fish when we asked mid-way through! We felt confident and reassured knowing Katie was checking in on Apollo and Zeus Maximus.
