David did a great job caring for our pets while we were on vacation. Duke, our big male Chesapeake Bay Retreiver, is usually cautious around new people, especially men, but David had no problem with Duke. Our cat usually hides from people, but based on the pictures Davis sent us, he gained Ed's trust. The pictures were appreciated, as they showed the dogs were happy, healthy and being well cared for. Kaylee did drop in visits for my two cats during Thanksgiving week. She was communicative and sent daily updates. She helped my older cat stay on his special diet and mixed his medication mixed into his food. My younger cat accidentally got trapped in the bedroom and Kaylee let me know she hadn't seen him and got permission to go into that room to look for him. I'm so glad she found him! I appreciate Kaylee taking good care of my cats, especially over a holiday.
