Heather is so kind and empathetic. She loves animals and she gave French Fry and Ice Cream lots of personalized attention and care. Heather is also extremely reliable and thorough and even went the extra mile for us, checking mail and changing the blinds so the cats could birdwatch and so our house didn’t come across as vacant.
