Cat Sitting in Alsace Manor

This was my first time using Rover. The service was recommended by my daughter, who has been a loyal fan of Rover for quite sometime! Jenna was great! She kept me updated and informed about every visit. Even my shy fur baby came out of hiding when Jenna came by for her drop-ins! Both kitties looked happy in all of the photos Jenna sent! I was very pleased with Jenna’s level of commitment and professionalism! I will definitely use Jenna in the future!

Alyssa was amazing with my curious kitty while I was away on vacation. She didn’t miss a single detail! She goes above and beyond for her clients!! We are so grateful for her 😊

Very patient with my cat as she was shy and was very gentle as well! She played with her and fed her and made sure she was happy!

Toni was a fantastic cat sitter for Loki! She played and cuddled with him, sent us photos and notes each day, and even thoroughly cleaned out the rollover litter box after it broke down and wouldn't cooperate. And Loki warmed up very quickly to Toni - with ankle rubs from the very first meet and greet!

Hunter was great looking after our three cats while we were out of town! Very punctual and provided updates after her drop in visits. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you!

Another 2 weeks of Michelle looking after my baby. Great to come home knowing my tiny lil kitten was fed and played with. Great photos are always taken of play time or snuggle time with Gracie Mae!

Cera dropped in for visits over labor day weekend while I was away at a wedding. Both my cats were feral when adopted and so they typically hide from people they don’t know but Cera sent me pictures everyday of both of them and was very patient with them. I am so grateful they were in good hands for the weekend.

Saul dropped in on our two cats while we were away and did a fantastic job ? he is extremely reliable, on time, and very detailed in his updates!! He communicated with me every step of the way and I felt 100% okay leaving them in his care (especially for our first time using Rover) ??
