Bridget made every scheduled visit and made every effort to ensure our Rosie had everything she needed. She looked after plants and packages while we were away and responded promptly to every message, as well as leaving us a reassuring and detailed message after every visit. Could not ask for any more. We've been very pleased.

Caitlyn was wonderful with Bella. It usually takes her awhile to go near new people But Bella went to her in less than 5 minutes. She sent a picture each time she went and it made my day. Thank you!!!

Ashleigh and John did a great job checking in on my cat Mooshu! They were great communicators, very responsive, and sent pictures to keep me updated while I was away from home. Mooshu was very happy to see them, and I highly recommend Ashleigh and John and would book with them again :)

This was our first time with Julie taking care of our senior kitty, Lilly. Julie was flexible & patient since we weren’t sure if we were able 2 go away or not, but we did! Julie was punctual, responded 2 texts, good communication/asked questions & thoughtful. She let us know when Lilly had a hairball & informed us when a service guy was working outside unexpectedly. Julie took cute photos of our Lilly & kept us informed of Lilly’s potty breaks & eating/drinking during every visit. Julie also confirmed when we were coming home & if there was anything else she could do 4 us during her last visit. I would book Julie again & our Lilly gives her 4 paws up!

Mikayla did a great job watching our pets. Communication was great. She also was on time to let him out and she was very flexible because we ended up needing her last minute for extra visits.
