Heaven was just that heaven to work with. She was prompt and polite. She sat with my daughter’s dog during the reception. Ringo took to her immediate and had fun playing with her. I wound highly recommended using her.

Kimberly is very friendly and responsible. I booked a last-minute drop in visit for my cat Pudding (two days before the appointment); Kimberly responded within an hour and coordinated with me on the schedule. Pudding looked well from the checkin photos that Kimberly took, and indeed she is still doing well when I got back home. Kimberly also went above and beyond to ensure the safety of Pudding by checking about the balcony door that was left open for Pudding to watch birds and get some sun. Kimberly has been a great help for me and I’m extremely grateful to her! I would recommend her if anyone is looking for a cat sitter.

Cheyenne took good care of our cats while we were away on vacation. She seems to really enjoy watching after them, and she even got our shyest one to come out of his shell. I also appreciated the little things she did to look after our place, like sweeping up the cat litter and bringing in the mail. I would book her again!

Lauren did a great job checking on my puppy Rogue while I was out of town for three days. She was prompt, available on short notice, responsible and Rogue loved her. I got regular updates and pictures of my puppy from Lauren's 2X a day visits. I also really appreciated the chance to meet Lauren ahead of time and show her around the house so she could be prepared for her visits. I would definitely call on Lauren again to take care of my pup when I'm on the road.

I booked a three day drop-in visits for my cat while I was away. Lakota was very friendly and attentive to my cat, making sure that she was eating and drinking as normal. Bonus points for helping me out with the litter box and vomit cleaning! She is also responsive to messages and flexible in our arrangement of picking up the keys. I was very happy and relieved to see my cat through Kota’s pictures and videos during the daily check-in. Writing down the details of what to look out for and showing Kota around the place helped us communicate well and definitely improve the each other’s experience during the drop-in visits. We highly recommend Doreen as a pet-sitter. From the moment we met her and watched her interact with our cat, we could tell she deeply loves animals. Doreen took wonderful care of our Sheba and home while we were away - she’s professional, very reliable, and great with animals!
