Jocelyn was so personable and thorough in her introduction to our family. She was just as great when it came time for her to pet sit our two pups. She followed our care instructions perfectly and made sure to check in with updates and questions during her visit. I would 100% recommend Jocelyn for any pet services. This was our first experience with using Rover, and we are so happy that we were fortunate enough to find Kaitlyn! We only found out a few days before leaving that we were without a sitter for our kittens. Kaitlyn was a life saver! The care she provided for Jax and Gemma, and the comfort she gave us knowing we had such a kind and thoughtful sitter dropping in twice a day, was a wonderful experience! Kaitlyn was always on time, and sent us messages and photos to keep us up to date and making us feel like we were part of their day!
