Luigi took to Kelly right away. I felt very comfortable knowing that she was there for him. She was prompt and always friendly. Extremely trustworthy.

Haley did an amazing job caring for our two cats while we were out of town, we would definitely book with her again! I had never used Rover (or anything similar) before and I was definitely nervous about trusting someone I didn't know to check in on my boys. When Haley stopped by for a meet and greet, my super timid cat who always hides from strangers, marched right up to her asking for pets. That was all I needed to see! The pictures and detailed updates she shared during her visits were so sweet and helped me to relax, knowing they were in good hands. I have always avoided overnight trips in the past because I was afraid to leave the cats. Next time, I'll just reach out to Haley!

Christina and Alan took wonderful care of my furbabies! I asked that they pop in once a day to give fresh food and water to my kitties and that's exactly what they did. They sent me updates and pictures which really helped me feel more at ease. I completely trust them in my home and with my babies. Michael and Tracy were wonderful from the moment we met! They were understanding and accommodating to us during the walk through where I introduced them to our animals and discussed their feeding schedule. And we returned home to everything looking perfect, they tidied up after our animals and everyone was well fed and happy. We have 4 cats and 3 young indoor rabbits, all cared for and shown love. I would 100% call upon Michael and Tracy again for more drop in visits in the future!
