House Sitting in Bittersville

Billie was great with both our young ball of energy and older special needs boys!

Jennifer is WONDERFUL to work with! Our Bernese mountain dog typically struggles with severe separation anxiety and often struggles to eat when we’re away but she felt SO loved by Jen, she ate every day and was caught smiling in the photos Jen shared. I’ve never come back to a happier version of our dog! Not to mention Jen left the house spotless after a four day stay-we will definitely be booking again!

We felt very comfortable leaving our Ringo with Trish. She communicated and sent us photos showing that he was being well looked after. We will book her again and recommend her wholeheartedly!

Tabi was so great. She made sure to keep me updated the whole time we were away. She also kept my house so tidy while she was here. She was definitely a pleasure to work with. Our dogs loved her. It was a very good experience.

After a couple of frustrating attempts to book a house sitter with Rover which wasted weeks of time and shrunk the pool of possible sitters, I was really worried that I wouldn't find anyone so last minute and over the Christmas holidays. Somehow Rover sent Louis my way and I couldn't be more grateful! He contacted me immediately and came the next day for a meet and greet. The dogs loved him right away, even our new stray who was suspicious of all other men. He was willing to look after the ferret and the chipmunk and even agreed to feed the wild birds. The house was tidy when we returned 2 weeks later and most importantly, our beloved pets were happy and healthy. Louis is a kind, competent, man who loves animals and is willing to do whatever needs to be done!

Lauren was wonderful and our dog loved her. She stayed at our house and was attentive and loving with him. She sent us photos and videos as well. We will definitely use Lauren again! ❤️

Allison did a marvelous taking care of our 3 dogs. I would highly recommend her!

Patience has once again, cared for our crazy dog like he was one of her own. She is incredibly thoughtful and our babe loves her. Thanks for the cute pictures and for giving us a weekend away with no worries!

This was my first time having a sitter for my dogs and I couldn’t have chosen someone better. Treanne spent two nights and three afternoons with my four pups. She took THE BEST care of them! She sent me pictures and updates throughout my whole trip which was I loved. She’s also super knowledgeable which was a huge bonus and added extra comfort. My dogs honestly seemed disappointed that Treanne was not the one to walk through the door when I got home. ? I’m so grateful for Treanne and I look forward to having her watch my pups again! ?

Kelsie did an outstanding job sitting for our cat, Chester. He is a very needy boy who is set in his ways and she made sure to follow his routine and do all of the things he enjoys. We got regular, daily updates and felt completely confident that he was in excellent hands. Our house was spotless when we got home and we were able to have a great, worry- free trip. I would definitely ask her to look after our boy again (and I think he’d like that because they made fast friends!). Thank you again for being Chester’s vacation pal!
