This was my first time ever using Rover and I couldn’t have gotten more lucky with choosing Alana to care for my girl the week I was out of town, this was a wonderful experience! Alana did daily stop-in visits for my cat and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. Each day I received updates and photos, and it was clear my cat was comfortable and well cared for. Olive’s food and water was refreshed, her litter box was clean, and she was well cared for with play time and affection. Coming home to a well cared for and happy cat was the best feeling. I highly recommend Alana to anyone looking for a dependable, communicative, and truly caring pet sitter! Thank you again and can’t wait to book with you next time we need a cat sitter!

Fantastic sitter

Marissa went above and beyond while taking care of our pets while we were out of town. It snowed A LOT and Marissa took the time to care for our home- she shoveled our front path and put down salt, and she was even so thoughtful that she put up the windshield wipers on our cars. We were dreading the conditions when we came home, but she was like a fairy godmother who made everything better!

Kristen treats our home and Winston like it is her own . I always love to see the photo session that she sends of Winston and is always very detailed with what happened on her visit.. she even went above and beyond one time and took our trash out because she noticed everyone else had theirs out and we were away!

Lisa was fantastic! This was my first time using Rover and am very happy with the experience. Daily check-ins, photos, and Lisa even collected delivered packages. The proof of Lisa’s care was in how we were received. Our dog was happy to see us, but not the crazy, desperate “Where were you!?”

My rating for Jordan would actually be a 10. There's not enough positive things I can say about her care of my Lola. From being a last minute find after a number of other people couldn't or wouldn't help; to her incredible communication and flexibility of schedule - Jordan was aces. If you are anywhere in her coverage area - I highly recommend having Jordan watch your pet.

I think this was probably my best experience with Rover. This young man helped us out when we abruptly had to leave out of town for a funeral. He was able to handle our 42 lb rambunctious high energy puppy with ease. Thank you and we will be using Matthew again and again.
