We are so happy to have Ashley help care for our 2 dogs and 2 cats while we were away. She is so friendly and easy to communicate with. She took excellent care of the furbabies, making sure to provide photos and a report card as soon as each visit was completed. Katlyn was great with my elderly cat with some health issues. My cat, Sienna, is very finicky and very picky with what she eats. With her medical condition, Sienna needs consistent eating, drinking and bathroom routine. Katlyn was very detail oriented and very patient with Sienna. Katlyn knows exactly what elderly pets need. I love reading her report after every visit. They are very detailed and the observed anecdotes of Sienna's behavior is very much appreciated. Sienna is very picky about strangers but she gets along great with Katlyn from the very first day. Katlyn treated Sienna like she was her own cat. Katlyn is also very transparent about her schedule and availability, which is very much appreciated as well. I can't recommend Katlyn enough and I look forward to having her visit Sienna again.
