Repeat customer here. Gwen was a huge help with my 16 year old cat Polly. While away, we got a notification that our power went out. It was easy to get in touch with Gwen through the Rover App to discuss the situation. She made sure Polly was safe and secure during the outage and even asked if there was anything else she could do for us during her drop in visit. I’m so glad that Gwen was available to watch Polly while we were away; I could rest assured that Polly was in good hands.

Christian came to give our elderly cat subcutaneous fluids while we were on vacation. We were worried about how it would go, but as a vet tech, Christian was confident he could handle it. She got her fluids with no problems. Christian was great. We'll hire him again.

John is very polite and took great care of our girl. She is normally very shy and hides from new people. Most of the time anyone that is taking care of her when we are not here, never gets to see her. Lovey not only came out to see John but allowed him to pet her and play with her. Loved Alisha! She came before to meet Spitfire and do a quick walk through. She was very thorough and detailed with her updates. I really felt at ease not being home knowing my baby was in good hands with Alisha.
