First time user for rover for my 2 newly adopted 6 month kitties. Brittany was super friendly and helpful explaining the process. Also got some fresh cute pictures of my kitties! ☺️

Heather was terrific and very communicative, sent lots of photos and kept us updated on one cat who was feeling a little anxious/yucky. Heather clearly loves and understands cats, we were so glad to find her and will definitely hire again!

Tim was super! My dog is very skittish and he was able to work with her and everything went smoothly! I was super stressed but everything turned out great! Highly recommend!

Briana was great! She followed instructions exactly and spoiled our cats with food and love. Very responsive and communicative! We hope we can have her again!

Nicole was easy to work with and very accommodating after my lack of planning left us without care for our cat at the end of our 2 week vacation. She worked around my schedule to come meet before we left and gave updates while she was with our Dory.

Mike made the effort to connect with our cranky old lady kitty. He was great at keeping in touch and communicating about any concerns or other information (packages arriving etc). We have hired Mike twice and would definitely do so again in the future.

Meghan recently watched our cats, and was great with them. One was in a cone, and she was awesome about adjusting to his needs, and making sure he was fed, hydrated, and healthy. It was very stressful to leave while he was in rough shape, but she did a great job easing our minds and reassuring us by taking care of him throughout the visits!

Alexandra was really helpful and nice. We live out of town and booked her for two separate drop-ins, one week apart, while we were visiting the area. Before the first drop-in, she came by for a meet-and-greet, which made us all feel comfortable. She got a long well with our two dogs right away. Amber watched our cat Loona and we couldn't asked for anyone better to take care of her! We came back to a happy Loona and our place honestly looked cleaner than how we left it. She even put our cat food order away when it arrived while we were gone. Would definitely book again!

Roxanne is the best. She leaves fantastic, detailed notes and pics for each walk and does extra things like refilling the water bowl and having a little cuddle time indoors after the walk. She’s very thoughtful. Highly recommend!
